Automatic Affiliate & Referral System
OPTION 1: Promote your own business, service or website & automatically build an affiliate network
Automatically build an affiliate network simply by handing out your own digital business card or promotion, or you can even send someone else's card. Earn real money by recommending your own business or service or by recommending someone else's business.
How Does it Work?
It is easy and effective:- Every time you send any Mcard / promotion or message using your account, the person you send to is automatically registered as your potential affiliate. If they ever open an account, they are already set as your affiliate ¹, OR
- Anyone who visits your website (e.g., mysite.smsconnect.com.au) and downloads any of your cards/promotions to their mobile phone, is automatically set as your affiliate ¹, and will also appear in your contacts list.
You then earn monthly affiliate payments if they open a paid account or buy any Mcards or affiliate products.
You get rewarded for doing what you already do - promoting YOUR OWN business or recommending other businesses and services. Your network can automatically grow to multiple levels as anyone you send an Mcard to can easily pass it on.
Really? Sending Other People's Cards to Get Affiliates?
Yes, if you send someone else’s card, the person you send to becomes your affiliate ¹ if they open an account - so you can easily recommend other people's businesses to build your own affiliate network. You get rewarded for recommending other businesses, and vise-versa. You can recommend anyone else and automatically build your own affiliate network in the process.
There is no 'selling' required - you are just handing out your business card or recommending businesses or other people that you already would.
OPTION 2: Join our sales program to promote or sell SMSConnect products and services to earn sales commissions and multi-level payments
Sales accounts gain access to SMSConnect sales material, additional account features and can promote and sell products and services to get commissions and higher multi-level affiliate payments. Sales accounts can sell directly or indirectly and still earn commissions. For example:
INDIRECT SALE EXAMPLE: Hand out a regular business Mcard (e.g., a business Mcard promoting your own or any other business). Quite often the receiver will ask about the Mcard itself. You can then give them sales information and take an order or refer them to your sales site (yoursite.smsconnect.com.au/sales).
DIRECT SALE EXAMPLE: As part of the sales program, you will be given an offical reseller Mcard. Pass on this Mcard to directly promote and sell SMSConnect products. E.g. “Here’s my Business Card - let me tell you about SMSConnect products!”
How Much Can I Earn?
1) Everyone
Every paid account holder automatically earns an ongoing 5% of the monthly account fee and 5% of any Mcard purchases of all their Level 1 affiliates.
2) Sales Accounts
When you directly sell a SMSConnect product or service you earn a commission and ongoing affiliate payments. Membership packages, Mcards and SMSConnect services all earn 25%, while monthly account only sales earn an ongoing 15%.
Additionally, sales accounts can earn ongoing affiliate payments up to 7 levels by qualifying. For example, to qualify for affiliate payments on Level 2, you simply need to make 20 'direct account sales'.
Note - a direct account sale ² is simply when you sell someone a paid SMSConnect account, as opposed to someone signing up under you without you telling them about SMSConnect products. You can sell accounts using our sales forms and promotional material or simply by asking people you know to try SMSConnect or by showing people the site/system.Monthly Accounts

What are 'Levels'
For example, you send an Mcard to 50 people. As a result, 10 of them visit your Member's Website and 3 open an account, or simply download an Mcard from your site. These three people are then set as your 'Level 1' affiliates, and you earn affiliate payments for any account fees and purchases they make.
Now lets say 1 of those 3 people send out an Mcard to 50 people, and 4 of them open an account. Now you have an additional 4 Level 2 affiliates, and so on.
You network can grow automatically, up to 7 Levels. You can view all your affiliates at any time simply by logging into your account, and clicking 'Affiliates'.
Automatic Affiliate/Referral Tracking
Your potential affiliates are automatically tracked in the system. You do not have to worry about someone that you introduce going to another referrer.
Your potentially affiliates are tracked in the following ways:
- MESSAGES: Every message you send using your account - the recipient is pre-registered as a potential affiliate to you.
- CONTACTS: Simply adding your contacts to your account will pre-register those people as potential affiliates.
- MEMBER'S WEBSITE: if someone goes directly to your Website, then opens an account, you will be selected as the default referrer even if you have never sent them a message. This way, you can simply advertise your website, and get new affiliates.
- WEBSITE DOWNLOADS: anyone who downloads an Mcard from your Website, that does not already have an account, will be set as your affiliate.
- SIGN-UP REFERRER SEARCH: During the Sign-Up process, there is an option to choose a referrer (if none of the above is found). Hence, you can simply tell people to put in your name or phone number as the referrer if they open an account, and then they become your affiliate.
All you have to do is use the SMSConnect system to promote your own business and your affiliate network will build itself.
Easy Ways to Get Affiliates
- Create your own Member's Website and publish your Mcards for people to download. Promote your site to your friends/colleagues. Add your Member's Website address to your printed and digital business cards.
- Add all your contacts to your Account Contacts/Address Book; everyone in your Contacts is pre-registered as your potential affiliate. If they ever open an account or buy Mcards, they will be set as your affiliate¹ and you will earn affiliate payments.
- Do you already have a web-site or Blog? Simply add a link to your SMSConnect site and vise vera. This will generate affiliates, automatically build a contacts list, as well as additional traffic and better Google rankings for your existing site.
- Always have your Mcard in your mobile and send (via MMS or Bluetooth) in a few seconds to anyone you would normally give your business card to. Your card should have your site address e.g. 'mysite.smsconnect.com.au'
- When someone visits your website and downloads your card(s) they are automatically set as your affiliate¹. If someone visits your Website and then opens a SMSConnect account, they are automatically set as your affiliate¹.
Comparison With Regular Referral & Affiliate Programs
- This is not a click referral system
- This is not a make '10c per/referral' system

- No lost referral codes. Your referral is tracked automatically by your mobile number
Eg, what happens when a contact is in multiple address books, or several people have sent the same person an Mcard? If someone opens an account and they have been sent multiple Mcards from different SMSConnect account holders, or they appear in multiple SMSConnect contact lists, the person who is opening an account is given a choice of who their referrer is. Whoever they choose becomes the referrer, and hence part of their affiliate network.
² How are Direct Account Sales Identified?If you use the printed sign up forms, they are automatically set. If you have referred someone and they signed up themselves, just tell us and and we will set them as 'direct'. Once you have 40, you will have qualified for the 1st 4 levels!, and will earn affiliate payments from everyone in these levels. Note - you will earn an additional 10% sales commission every month on all affiliates that were 'direct sales' to you personally (e.g. on top of the 5% affiliate payment).
